Our QC team performs various inspections, including design optimization control, mold steel hardness inspection, mold assembly inspection, and final inspection before shipment.
If you provide us with a 3D drawing of your product, we can accurately quote the price and manufacture the mold accordingly. This saves time and money in producing your parts. We accept DWG, DXF, STEP, IGS, and X_T files for quoting purposes.
The choice of plastic material depends on the application of your products. After assessing the function of your component, we will provide you with suitable suggestions. Additionally, we can create trial molds using different materials based on your requirements.

Our payment terms require a 50% deposit, with the balance to be paid before shipment.
Most molds can be finished within 3-4 weeks. However, complex and large molds may require more time. The delivery time will vary based on your order quantity.
We provide a 1-year warranty for our molds (excluding damage caused by human factors or accidents). Any destroyed parts will be replaced free of charge.
