Q1.Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

Q2.Do you do OEM service? Can you make our own LOGO?
A2: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM services and can laser customer's LOGO on the products.
 
Q3.Do you make sampleS for customer? Will you charge it or not?
A3: Yes, we can sent you samples freely, but the express cost will be payed by customers.
 
Q4.How about the MOQ?
A4: Generally the moq is 100pcs, but it depends on, sometimes, small trial order can be accpeted too.
 
Q5.What is your payment term?
A5: We accept 30% T/T deposit in advance, the balance is done before shipment. But it can be negotiated based on orders.
 
Q6.What about the delivery time?
A6: for the mould, generally it is 15~25 days after receiving the 30% deposit, and for the products, it is about 7~10 working days.
