Payment Terms and Warranty

 

Our payment terms require a 50% deposit, with the balance to be paid before shipment. The average time to finish a mould is 3-4 weeks, although complex and large moulds may take longer. We provide a 1-year warranty for our moulds, with supplementary delivery of destroyed parts free of charge (excluding damage caused by human factors or accidents).
