A2: Our factory is located in Shajing, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. It is conveniently situated just 20 minutes away from Shenzhen airport by taxi.

A4: Yes, we can. DWG, DXF, STEP, IGS, and X_T files can all be used to quote the price, and making the mould based on your drawings can save time and money in producing your parts.
Q5: What type of plastic material is best for my design/component?
A5: The selection of plastic materials depends on the application of your products. After checking the function of your component, we will provide you with some suggestions. We can also make trial moulds with different materials according to your requirements.

A7: Our payment terms are 50% deposit, and the balance will be paid before shipment.
Q8: How long does it take to finish a mould?
A8: Most moulds will be finished in 3-4 weeks, but some complex and large moulds may take more time. The delivery time will vary based on your order quantity.
Q9: How long is the mould warranty period?
A9: The mould warranty period is 1 year (damage caused by human factors or accidents is not included in the scope of warranty). Any destroyed parts will be replaced and delivered free of charge.
