Our factory is conveniently located in Shajing, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. It is only a 20-minute taxi ride from Shenzhen airport, making it easily accessible.

Our QC team conducts various inspections, including design optimization control, mold steel hardness inspection, mold assembly inspection, and final inspection before shipment.
If you provide us with a 3D drawing of your product, we can provide you with a quote and manufacture the mold accordingly. Acceptable file formats for quoting include DWG, DXF, STEP, IGS, and X_T. By using your drawings, we can save time and money in producing your parts.
The choice of plastic material depends on the application of your products. After evaluating the function of your component, we can provide you with suitable material suggestions. Additionally, we can create trial molds using different materials based on your requirements.

Our payment terms require a 50% deposit, with the balance to be paid before shipment.
Most molds can be finished within 3-4 weeks. However, complex and large molds may require more time. The delivery time will vary based on your order quantity.
We offer a 1-year warranty on our molds (excluding damage caused by human factors or accidents). Any destroyed parts will be replaced free of charge.
