Our factory is conveniently located in Shajing, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. It is only a 20-minute taxi ride from Shenzhen airport, making it easily accessible.
At Senpo Precision Tooling, we prioritize quality above everything else. Our dedicated team of professionals ensures strict quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Our quality control procedures include design optimization, mold steel hardness inspection, mold assembly inspection, mold trial report and samples inspection, and final inspection before shipment.
If you provide us with a 3D drawing of your product, we can quote the price and make the mold accordingly. We accept DWG, DXF, STEP, IGS, and X_T files for quoting. Making the mold based on your drawings saves time and money in producing your parts.
The choice of plastic material depends on the application of your products. After assessing the function of your component, we will provide you with suitable suggestions. Additionally, we can create trial molds using different materials according to your requirements.
At Senpo Precision Tooling, we have expertise in manufacturing various types of plastic injection molds. Our range includes household parts molds, appliance parts molds, automotive parts molds, thin-wall parts molds, industry parts molds, and pipe fitting molds. We can customize the plastic injection molds according to your specific requirements.
Our payment terms require a 50% deposit, with the balance to be paid before shipment. Most molds are finished within 3-4 weeks, but complex and large molds may take longer. We offer a 1-year warranty on our molds, with supplementary delivery of destroyed parts free of charge (excluding damage caused by human factors or accidents).
